Breakfast: omelet with green chilies and cheese, charred grape tomatoes and mushrooms

    Recipe: omelet: one egg, beaten. Fry in olive oil until almost done, add cheese of choice and a couple tablespoons of roasted green chilies. Fold together.

    Tomatoes and mushrooms are cooked in olive oil in a hot skillet.

    Toast is muktigrain sourdough with olive oil drizzle.
