I just saw a video using one of these.
If using this for primarily flour, do the jars need to go in the oven?
Just saw this so excited if something like this will help.
Also, would this work with anything persay sold as a dry food at the store? Cereal, chips, rice,ect?

    These aren’t meant for canning, but only for creating a vacuumed air tight container for already shelf stable dry goods like flour, rice, beans, etc.

    I’m not sure I understand your question about the use of the oven.

    Vacuum sealing would remove all oxygen and prevent any bugs from hatching, same as putting it in the freezer. It’ s just a different and to me an easier method of preserving dry goods.
