    * 1 onion
    * A thumb-size piece of ginger
    * 3 cloves garlic

    Sauté in oil for a couple minutes.

    * 2 cups (500ml) water
    * 2 Tbsp miso paste
    * 2 Tbsp soy sauce
    * 2 Tbsp sugar
    * Optionally: 1 Tsp Gochujang
    * 1 Tbsp lime juice or vinegar

    Let it simmer while preparing toppings.

    * 3 servings of noodles
    * Pak choi and tofu (or other toppings you like)

    Fry the tofu until crispy and sauté the pak Choi. Serve in a bowl and top with chili oil if you like.
