Except instead of pinto beans I threw in a can of mixed beans I had in the cupboard.
I won’t show you my disastrous attempt at wrapping the burritos …!
Put a little bit of cheese in each one and some jalapeños. Absolutely delicious and they keep very well in tinfoil in the fridge for handy snacks/lunches.

Use chicken thighs instead of breasts and it’ll be 10 times better.
I keep telling myself I should make a huge batch of burritos like this and freeze a bunch for a quick meal. This looks like a good recipe for that kind of thing.
