*Important Steps for maximum flavor*
▪️Toasted the bread with olive oil on my Flattop
▪️All veg is seasoned with salt and pepper separately, and the iceberg gets the sub dressing as well when mixed up
▪️Mayo, Dijon, and thinly slices Scallions are mixed together then spread generously on both halves of the toasted bread
▪️The sub is tightly wrapped after assembly

Random question, when you put your green onions in a cup with water, do you need to refrigerate them? Sandwich looks amazing BTW.
