  1. Looks good. But… I’m thinking it could use a bit more protein (chickpeas, lentils, etc). Plus you could (maybe should) add some form of whole grain.

    Looks fresh and yummy! Adding some protein would be great to keep you full till dinner. Maybe a chopped hardboiled egg?

    This doesn’t look like a lot of food! How full were you after you ate this? Consider adding in a slice of bread with hummus, or even a slice of bread with the feta cheese from the salad on it, or add some nuts to the salad, or throw some sardines on the salad, or some beans on the salad, or have a small bowl of pasta with it, or some soup, or…you get the drift. I think you need more food!
