Finally got around to canning Christmas turkey stock
My local store sells whole frozen turkeys for $0.29 /lb during Thanksgiving and Christmas. I buy couple just to make a bunch of stock from $4 turkeys.

Just used some of mine for a soup tonight in this blizzard 🙂 yours looks so clean! Did you filter it or just strain it?
