1. 10 grain toast with avocado, onion and tomato. Sardines in mustard sauce, and salad that has kale, spinach, microgreens, bell peppers, pears, blueberry ans cucumbers with balsamic. Looks like a lot but it was my only meal of the day.. I got busy and forgot to eat
3. Chickpea pasta with pesto, EVOO, shrimp, cucumbers, feta, tomato and salt and pepper.
Each with a glass of red wine:)
