    Is it pesto or tabbouleh? What it leafy? How was the flavor? Did it tastes minty? Taste like basil? Give us more clues.

    If it’s from a Lebanese it could be spinach bezeit – braised spinach with lots of olive oil and fried onions. Most delicious thing ever
