Handful of cherry tomatoes, halved
1 ounce Feta
1 hard boiled egg
1/4 small onion, chopped
**For the dressing, combine:**
1 garlic clove, grated
Zest of 1/4 lemon
Squeeze of lemon juice
15mL EVOO
15mL Balsamic
15g Greek Yogurt
7g Dijon
Salt, pepper, and oregano
Put all ingredients in a small container, close lid, shake

Handful of chickpeas
Place in air fryer, coat with avocado oil cooking spray, Badia Sazon Completa, and Paprika. Cook at 400° for 6 minutes
