Hi there! I’m trying to figure out how I should season my first pork-based slow cooker meal. I have:
* 4.8 lbs pork shoulder * 1 bag of quarted red potatoes * 1 bag of chopped sweet onions * 1 bag of chopped celery + 2 carrots (all I had left from last time) * 1 box of sliced white mushrooms * 1 jar of left over pickle juice (not pictured)
I have most of the common seasonings like garlic, onion, chili powder, parsley, paprika, beef and chicken bullion, southwest and chipotle blends, and various sauces. I always struggle to pick out what would taste best and in which quantities 😅 any help would be appreciated! I plan to start it up for 8 hours on low tomorrow morning. Thanks slow cooking friends!
