I made the recipe from https://www.themediterraneandish.com/turkey-meatballs-recipe/ and added a shredded bell pepper. The pepper added more moisture, but it worked. I served 3 meatballs (they are about 1.5 inches) with about a cup of spaghetti with simple red sauce and a large garden salad.
