So I made my first batch of jam… blueberry jalapeno in a water bath. I thought I had the jars fuller but I guess I underfilled some after removing the twist on cap.
It’s been about 40 hrs, and all sealed well. Should I or can I re can them? Will they go bad under filled like that?
