Beef pho and tofu spring rolls (fresh rolls on the menu) second pic is the menu with the ingredientsm I was estimating 550 ish for the pho and 350 for the spring rolls without the peanut sauce. Does that seem right?

I’d say 600-700 for the pho, 250-350 for the spring rolls because of the peanut sauce. Ask for nuoc cham instead, it’s a much tangier and lighter sauce.
