Has anyone that actually eats these been able to successfully make them?

I just buy shredded Parmesan cheese and make my own. Spread however much you want to eat over a pan or foil and bake. Sometimes I’ll sprinkle garlic salt on it before baking but the cheese itself is pretty good too.

I make something similar. I just put a couple of slices of cheddar cheese (real cheese) on parchment paper in a microwave safe container. Put the lid on or your microwave will stink. Microwave for around 90 secs depending on your microwave. Take it out and put on a paper towel to dry. You can use whatever cheese you like. You can also do it in the oven. Grate some cheese, put it on parchment paper and stick it in the oven til its ready.

Yep. Heat oven to 400°F, put little piles of shredded cheese or cut up slices of cheese on a pan lined with parchment paper. Bake 5-7 minutes until golden brown. They will be oily when you take them out. Once cooled, you can put them on a paper towel. OR You can microwave on high for 1minute-ish as well. Just line a plate with parchment paper, small piles, and nuke it.

You can also use this method to make small tostada shells or taco shells. For tostada shells, use a whole round slice of cheese or shredded cheese laid out in pile equivalent to size and shape of a slice and let cool on the pan/plate. For taco shells, immediately drape them over a rod or rounded spoon handle after removing from the oven/microwave, and leave till cooled.

I buy a similar brand that has Parmesan cheese base with everything bagel seasoning on top. Then I dip them in some cream cheese.
