    I didn’t time how long it took (my estimate is 10-15 minutes). But the instructions I followed said to go 5 minutes minutes initially, stir, followed by shorter and shorter increments until browned. Drain on papertowels to get it to crisp. I pre-salted, but I guess you could salt at the end.
