Brisket or Beef Ribs? Both seasoned with SPG and oak smoked for 10h at 225F until hitting the stall and bumped up to 275F on my OKJ Highland offset.

    Brisket.

Beef ribs seem like pot roast to me.

But we all have different taste buds so let’s have lots of kings.

Just not pulled pork. That’s simple AF.

Brisket is for me. Pork spare ribs second

This is a cruel question. If I could only have 1 for the rest of my life though, it’d be the ribs. A honkin piece of beef rib just works so well in all aspects.

    Excellent pictures by the way!

Brisket is ok IMO, I prefer Dino ribs over everything else. I use the flat for tacos but other than that Dino’s FTW.

Beef is my least favorite smoke, but if it has to be beef – it’s picanha
