I made my first pull apart cake for my 3yo. I have never done a character cake, so i am pleased on how well it turned out (i did already post to r/bluey).
I wasnt sure how to get the icing more smooth (i just used wiltons buttercream – with half shortening half butter). And i dont know of there is a good way to have less icing or if thats the nature of pull apart cakes. Hope you all enjoy! (I know my 3yo did)
