I made some beef broth and it seems the fat dissolved (one on the left). How they typically come out is on the right. Would you use the one on the left or just toss.

    It unfortunately got to a high boil for 2 hours. Canned on 12/10/23. Has a good seal. Stored in basement, cool temp (60s), without rim.

    I actively try to make all my broths like the one on the left. I would use it in a heartbeat. If you canned it properly, seal isn’t broken, and it passes the smell test, use it 🤷🏾‍♀️ give it a boil for 15-20min if you’re still unsure. And if you’re really really really unsure, just skip it altogether. No point in worrying yourself over one jar.
