What’s in it besides horseradish? I’d use a bit on corned beef normally.

This reminds me of a time I went to a “Fiery Foods Festival” and they had an extreme horseradish. My friend and I got in a rather long line, waited 15-20 minutes to try a free sample. Just as the guy ahead of us stepped up and put a saltine with this on it in his mouth he immediately leaned over the large garbage cans set up in front of the booth and began vomiting profusely.
My friend and I looked at each other, raised eyebrows, and stepped up to get our cracker.

Don’t tell r/meat but I love horseradish with my steak…home alone, blinds closed, tape over my laptop camera. Delicious.

I grew up in central New York state, and my dad had a garden that included horseradish. I remember when he’d grind the roots for canning and it was like someone had set off a tear gas grenade. Fresh horseradish is amazing.
