Into Quarters here to go uh as part of your marinade so we’ll take some of those quarted lemons squeeze them into some butter here it’s got that one squeezed in there and take the other three squeeze it right on top of the chicken this skin nice and coated in lemon juice

It’ll help the herbs adhere to the surface now we’re going to take our lemon butter that we created here and we’re going to insert it to the back of the chicken get it in there nice and deep want that to melt away help moisturize the chicken get a little flavor through the

Insides we’re going to take our spice blend here a little garlic powder little onion powder a few herbs if you will I went with oregano here little basil get that all in there nice get it coated all in the breasts all in the legs all in the

Wings you’re going to take your spiced up chicken you’re going to throw that on top of your onions and mushrooms there throw the bits of lemon that you had squeezed earlier on top so it’ll help get that lemon flavor really in there bit of chicken stock around the sides here preheat at

375 let’s toss her in there it’ll go in there about an hour hour 15 you want to get a biotherm in right close to the breast make sure you’re at 170° make sure it’s red cooked take it out very safely look at that nice and crispy beautiful look at that golden brown
