Zuppa Toscana 4 oz (120g) diced bacon Cook the bacon for a few minutes 1 pound (450g) Italian sausage, casings removed Crumble the meat while cooking Cook for about 10-15 minutes until brown and crispy 1 medium onion, chopped 6 garlic cloves, minced Cook for 5 minutes stirring from time to time

2 pounds (1kg) potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch (2.5cm) cubes 1 small red chili pepper, chopped ¼ tsp oregano ¼ tsp basil Give them a quick stir 6 ½ cups (1 ½ liter) vegetable stock 1/4 tsp (1g) black pepper 1 tsp (5g) salt Bring to a boil

Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes until potatoes are tender 1 cup (240g) cream 3 cups (60g) fresh kale, chopped, hard stems removed Cook for another 3-5 minutes crispy bacon Parmesan shavings garlic cheese toast

    But how much gram and how much water?

  3. Thank you #HomeCookingAdventure. Another great winter recipe with all the parts of a full meal with protein, carbs, and veggies. Kale sucks but I will swap it out for spinach. It is also great that this contains no heavy cream so leftovers will freeze easily. #soup
