Frozen chicken wontons
Bagged chopped kale
Olive oil
Minced garlic
Low sodium soy sauce
Sesame oil
Turmeric
Ginger powder
Dried parsley
Trader Joe’s Umami Seasoning
Sesame seeds
Apple cider Vinegar

1. Heat pan, reduce heat then add enough olive oil to coat pan and cook frozen wontons until brown
2. Add about tsp minced garlic, stir
3. Add kale, I used about half of a large bag but you can do more. Stir until kale is bright green
4. Add generous amount of turmeric and parsley, 1/4 tsp of ginger, a few shakes of Umami seasoning, and however many sesame seeds
5. Pour soy sauce all over pan, about 2-3 seconds. Add a few shakes of sesame oil. Stir
6. Once well mixed, turn off heat. Add a few table spoons of ACV
7. Done!

    Sorry about the lack of measurements, I threw this together for the first time last night. I tasted before adding the ACV and it was missing something acidic. I was nervous about the ACV but it really brought the whole dish together. All around this is a fairly healthy dish and is surprisingly delicious!
