Lightly sautéed zucchini with tomato and garlic, olive oil, white wine, salt, pepper, oregano and lemon juice from my home grown Meyer Lemons.. I think I’ll add some potatoes next time for a heartier heavier dish..

I’m easing into more plant based Whole Foods so my day is about 60/40 vegetables and fruits..

    This looks so good! I just might try it. I just switched to a plant-based diet and I made sautéed baby portobello mushrooms the other day and it was AMAZING!
