I am doing intermittent fasting using an 8 hour eating window. This will be my lunch.
1. Whole grain toast. Thin layer of hummus, mashed avocado, hard boiled egg. Drizzled with EVOO and balsamic vinegar.
2. Small dollop of Greek yogurt with fruit
3. Kimchi.
