Quinoa:

I prepared it according to the package directions, but added a chicken bullion cube for extra flavor.

Tuna:

I coated both sides of the tuna steak and grilled it on high for 1.5 minutes. When done I sprinkled it with black and white sesame seeds.

Salad:

Cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, green bell pepper all diced similar size and dressed with olive oil and fresh squeezed lemon juice.
