Hello everyone! My husband once tried a slice of chocolate cake (attaching you the image of the cake), and he said it’s the most amazing cake he’s ever had.I also tasted it and if I try to describe it is a soft chocholate, mousse-like cake,no crust , a bit of a grainy texture but it was gluten free. The cake was called “truffle cake”. I really want to make it for him for Valentine’s day and I did find some recipes that looked similar to the cake I’m searching for, but I am little bit scared to try them because the recipes I’ve found are from fast-paced reels and I feel like they are made just for views.
