    Ingredients

    500g moose meat

    1/2 onion

    1 tbs butter

    1 ts salt

    1/2 bottle of beer

    water

    10 peppercorns

    Directions

    1. Dice the onion

    2. Fry the chopped onions in butter

    3. Add the moose/elk meat into the pan and fry untill brown in color

    4. Add beer, water and seasonings

    5. Let simmer for 2 hrs

    6. Enjoy with mashed potatoes and lingonberry jam!
