It’s one serving according to the box but I read that greens should be the majority of the meal. It’s gluten free if that makes a difference lol

    It’s fine.

    I eat pasta all the time. Pile on the veg and/or have a veg side, and you have a healthy meal.

    Whole grain pasta with good fiber content is best. This can be accomplished with or without gluten.

    Yeah, veg are very important and your meals should have a lot of them, but you also need something calorically substantive. Grains are great.

    Probably a bit. The boxes list American servings. That being said… We make 2 ounces per person. The last year or so, we’d each get enough and have another portion left.
