bros… this is so serious. i think someone in this subreddit recommended petit chou for croissants but this is one of the best things i’ve ever had. there’s a LOT of chocolate cream but the meticulousness of their lamination and the crispiness/flakiness of the dough was 😵😵 i still have a plain croissant from here that i will be trying tomorrow.. but i will return for sure
