What exactly is the question? Are you looking for a recipe? Do you want to home can store bought bbq sauce?

  3. It’s…shelf stable as is until opened, isn’t it? Why can it in the first place?

Just use the bottles it comes in. No need to trade containers. They are perfectly sealed at the factory.

Why re-can something that’s already canned? That makes no sense. Condiments like this are already shelf stable and are labeled with a “best by” date rather than a “use by” date, meaning the product does not have a defined expiration date as long as it remains sealed and properly stored. You’re guaranteed to compromise the integrity of the product if you remove it from its packaging and can it again.
