I’ve been dancing around the kitchen for a solid 20 minutes and squealed with delight when I heard a few seals pop in place!

Used the Quick Grape Jelly recipe from the Ball Blue Book (37th edition, page 58). It made a full 5 half pints like the recipe says with another half jar to eat fresh. Pure joy having some already on homemade toast for lunch.
