Made a quinoa for the first time with lots of vege, a little feta and olive and some prawn. But do people flavour the liquid you cook the quinoa in? I’m finding the flavour a bit boring and I’m looking at something I can make and enjoy eating multiple times a week for lunch.

I cook quinoa in veggie broth instead of water.
