I’m usually an oats gal and starting to experiment with chia pudding on some days. The coconut is definitely a treat but I wanted to make something special with the last of my fresh pomegranate seeds 😭
Ingredients:
* 3 tbsps of chia seeds, 3/4 cup hemp milk, 1/4 cup organic whole milk, cinnamon, allspice, and tumeric – shaken in a jar and left to soak overnight * Topped with pomegranate seeds, ~1 tbsp of cacao nibs, ~1 tbsp of toasted coconut
