It doesn’t look bad. The seal is still on. It just expired 10 months ago

  1. Mayo is one of the few things thatll kill you if you eat it spoiled

  2. Given it’s not puffy, it’s probably safe to eat, but I bet it’ll taste nice and oxidized.

If it’s more than 3 months expired, it needs to be thrown out. It is not safe to eat after 3 years .

If it’s unopened it should be fine! I can’t tell you how many thing I’ll keep in the fridge unopened and past the expiration and they’re perfectly fine. If it’s a sealed product it’s normally fine!

  5. Looks like it’s good for 99 more years, that says 2123

Can it be used as an instrument?

Tossing it per most of the advice, also I have a history of GI issues, and I’m not in love with mayo to begin with. I’m going with olive oil as a base for my tuna salad.

It’s still sealed.. it will be fine. Just give it a good shake. It says BEST if used by.. that’s not an expiration date. If it was open I wouldn’t eat though.
