What can I do for breakfast besides eggs (need a quick and easy protein) ??

Fava beans. Very commonly eaten for breakfast across the middle east and parts of Africa. They’re about 35% protein, which is very close to eggs, so they’re a perfect alternative. Look up “ful medames” recipes.
You can also do Greek yogurt, which, calorie for calorie, has even more protein than eggs. You can have a savory or sweet bowl depending on what you’re in the mood for.

Toast bread and spread. Later on add fried egg on top.
Or toast and spread peanut butter, slice bananas, sprinkle cinnamon
