I just finished making a batch of marmalade! My first jelly ever. I used the ball recipe and while it cooked forever it worked! I have another 5 lbs of oranges. So next I’m going to try the oranges in honey syrup. I’m super proud of myself, but none of my friends can understand the excitement!
