Posting this because I’ve seen posts here before about how to use different items from the canning pantry. I wasn’t sure what to have for lunch today, but found some cooked bulgur and quinoa in the freezer leftover from a previous meal. I added some [corn relish](https://www.ballmasonjars.com/blog?cid=corn-relish) and [pickled zucchini](https://nchfp.uga.edu/how/can_06/bread_butter_zucchini.html) as well as some dehydrated tomatoes from our garden. Topped it off with fresh green onions for a tasty, hearty meal!
