    Honestly, if you cut back on the portion size of those potatoes it’s a pretty solid meal. Nothing there is wrong. Just your proportions are a bit out of whack.

    Shrink the meat and potato portions a bit, add some more broc or other veg, and maybe some rice or lentils and you’re all set.
