The best beef stew – a delicious Hungarian goulash recipe!
Ingredients:
17.6 oz (500g) POTATOES
5.3 oz (150g) SWEET PEPPER
5.3 oz (150g) ONION
4.9 oz (140g) TOMATOES
5.3 oz (150g) BACON
3 CLOVES OF GARLIC
28.2 oz (800g) BEEF MEAT
3 TBSPS PARIKA
½ TSP CUMIN
3.5 oz (100g) BUTTER
1.7 fl oz (50ml) HOT MILK
PARSLEY
Potatoes 500 g boil potatoes 25-30 MIN green bell pepper 150 g onion 150 g tomatoes 140 g bacon 150 g garlic 3 cloves beef 800 g sweet paprika 3 TBSPS be sure to take away from the heat so that paprika doesn’t burn salt and black pepper to taste bay leaves 2 pc
Add enough water to cover the meat stew under the lid, on the low fire 90 MIN cumin 0.5 TSPS butter 100 g hot milk 50 ml parsley

Nice! We call that marhapörkölt (Hungarian Beef Stew). Gulyás/Gulyásleves (Hungarian Goulash Soup).
It' not hungarian "gulyás".
Cumin isn't used in Hungarian kitchen. It should have been caraway seed.
