Homemade posole.

Misc dried red chiles and spices rehydrated and blended for base, sautéed onions and garlic, hominy cooked the day before, a small amount of trimmed pork (can’t have red posole with no pork!) All cooked for 9-10 hours. Plus, radish, cilantro, avocado, and lite sour cream toppings.

Arugula salad with smoked herring, misc leftover veggies, some pickled goodies, and some vegan non fat ranch flavored dressing thing.

Not my usual posole recipe, but this one much healthier. Still delicious and hearty. Warms you up!
