Mongolian Style Tofu

    * 200g tofu

    1. Cut in slices.

    * 1 Tbsp corn starch
    * a pinch of salt

    1. Toss around.
    1. Fry in some oil until browned on each side.
    1. Remove from the pan.

    * 2 scallions, slices
    * a thumbsize piece of ginger, minced
    * 2 cloves garlic, minced
    * 1/2 red chili

    1. Sauté for a few minutes.

    * 2 Tbsp soy sauce
    * 2 Tbsp syrup or sugar
    * a splash of water

    1. Let it bubble for 3-4 mins.
    1. Add in the tofu and cook it until nice and glossy.
    1. Serve with rice and veggies.
