    INGREDIENTS
    °Black beans
    °Golden sweet corn
    °Avocado
    °Shallot
    °Garlic
    °Lime
    °Cracked black pepper
    °Smoked Paprika (regular will work)
    °Cayenne

    PROCESS
    °Super simple, dice up an avocado, mince your shallot and garlic, add to bowl with black beans and corn. Squeeze in lime juice, season to your desired spice level, toss to combine. Best served next day, but still delicious right away! Can be eaten on its own as a salad or used as a side dish or topping. Even stuff it in a burrito or casadilla! Endless options.
