Went to Schloss Schauenstein last week and it was simply phenomenal: Service was super nice. Not too tense, not too relaxed and very attentive.
The menu was very well balanced regarding light and hearty dishes. Only the dessert was missing a bit of heartiness Imo.
The dishes itself were perfectly seasoned and had a great mixture of different textures and temperatures.
