Yes it should be okay!! I always just put that one at the front of the row to use it first 🙂

As long as the headspace was correct prior to canning. Likely you had some siphoning occur (was the water discolored after canning?) it can still be safely canned but it looks like the lid might not be on perfectly? The left side looks higher than right. Test the seal and plan to eat it first. If not sealed, place in fridge.

If your headspace was correct at the beginning of processing then it has siphoned and as long as the jar is sealed it is safe to store and eat later.
As the other commenter said, I put the jars that have siphoned to the front of the batch so they are used first.

Did anyone else see that hoarders episode with the lady who cans for the apocalypse? None of her cans had liquid that covered the food. Plus a lot of it was black or brown.

That lid isn’t on evenly. I wouldn’t trust it.
