Your meal needs a whole grain to beat fit the Mediterranean lifestyle.
Keto is a fad diet that causes people to have extensive health problems and isn’t compatible with the MD. There’s no such thing as “keto Mediterranean” when keto abhors carbs and half the calories of the Mediterranean diet come from carb sources.
