How bad is this? I made these 2 years ago by putting them in apple cider vinegar and reducing the liquid by half. They have been refrigerated to less than 40f the entire time since they were made.

    We can’t tell you if this is safe or not. Assuming it was 100% vinegar and refrigerated consistently the whole time, the risk is low but not zero.

    Additionally this isn’t canning, its fridge pickling
