Wanted to share my first made from scratch salad I threw together today in celebration of my new focus on a med diet! It was yummy and even though I wanted to add more things like berries into the mix, I also didn’t want to overdo it per se. It had: fresh chopped kale, grated parm, prosciutto, deli ham, cherry tomatoes, sliced almonds, cucumber, cracked pepper, and french vinaigrette. Will work on presentation in future posts 😆
