I got this All American off Facebook Marketplace for $150. I bought some replacement parts (replaced the pressure release with a weighted valve, got two new L bracket lid lock things, and one new locking knob) and its all safe and ready to go! After I test it this weekend using water, what should I can first?

I’ll be super interested to see how it goes, good luck!. I picked one up a year ago at a yard sale for a few bucks. Have looked at some replacement parts but haven’t done anything with it yet.
Depends on what’s in season in your area. In NW PA it’s too early to take advantage of farm stands where we can get veggies at good prices. And no you pick places are open either.
Can foods that you like or when you can get them at rock bottom prices.
One of my favorite tomato recipes is this:

I recently paid $150 for a like new 921 😁 they even threw in 30 jars 😁😁
