💡Ingredients and Instructions for the filling

– 3 large eggs
– 125ml heavy cream
– ⅛ tsp salt
– ¼ tsp pepper
– 80g diced ham
– 80g shredded cheese
– ½ cup green onion

– Combine egg, heavy cream, salt and pepper in a bowl
– Place half diced ham, half cheese and half green onion in a tart shell
– Pour the egg mixture over then sprinkle with the remaining ham, cheese and green onion
– Bake at 350 F (180C) for 25 mins then 375F (190C) for 15 mins or until golden brown
– Take the quiche out of oven, let it rest for 5 mins then enjoy
